Our represented players form part of our company. As soon as contracts are signed, we represent players' interests as our own interests. From the development of proper Sport CVs; to full negations with interested clubs, sport brands and companies who wish to use of image we represent.
Our main objective is to allow players to focus on their own athletic performance; we take care of the rest.

Throughout a professional player's career there are different phases and thus correct decisions have to be made at correct moments. Sport performance is fully linked to personal wellbeing. IRC is in the know and has the ability to evolve with the careers of our players; we function as players' main support system wherever they find themselves.

IRC offers the prospect of different clinics at clubs’ disposal, especially to improve specific management, team and coaching aspects. Our technical-staff has wide-ranging training experience of the highest level. Communicate your needs and we will find a way to MEET them.
